Machine's great, accessories kinda touchy
So far my FoodSaver has worked up to my expectations. However, the jar-sealing attachment only works well if you have absolutely perfect canning lids. I would definitely recommend this product, and if the seal on the jar doesn't hold, re-seal the jar with the lid then immediately seal the jar, with the lid on, in a bag. That will assure you that the jar stays vacuum sealed!
