I work at a hotel and we have these vacuums. I don't work in housekeeping, but had the chance to use one one day and since I needed a new vacuum, though I'd give this one a try for myself at home. I ordered it, it was shipped right away and arrived at my door in just a couple days - lightning fast shipping! So far, I love it! It pushes so incredibly smooth and practically pulls itself so it feels like you're hardly pushing it at all. It has a lot of neat features: a nice long cord. In my small house, I don't even have to change plugs until I go to vacuum the basement. It lays flat so that it's very easy to vacuum underneath tables and chairs, etc. It has on-board attachments that come in handy and are ready to go - no connecting a hose and digging out attachments. They're right there ready to go when you are. There is a dial on the front that allows you to adjust the height of the vacuum depending on the type of carpet you are vacuuming. This product is very durable and lasts forever! I would highly suggest purchasing this item especuially on a commercial level. you won't be disappointed! Parts are on the expensive side and somewhat difficult to locate.
